If you have a dairy-free diet it is easy to get bored of eating the same things. For that reason, I wanted to bring you some new ideas you may not have considered that I think you should add to the meal plan this week!

Dairy-free doesn’t have to mean vegan
It is easy to think that dairy-free means vegan but of course, it doesn’t. There are many people who are dairy-free due to allergies or lifestyle choices but who are not actually vegan. If you look for vegan recipes you will find they are also dairy-free but that doesn’t mean that is all you are limited to.
These recipes should help you broaden your choices and have some new ideas for your meals this week.
Dairy-free main meals
